The Dinner Before Alice Pop!!!

We the usual gang meet up for dinner on Thursday cos Alice is going back to Malaysia to deliver her 2nd son soon...As usual Veron Lai fly aeroplane again, but this time round we had Lily with us...Had a fun time chatting, eating, laughing and crapping around, age gap is not a problem within is group of friends, our age range from 27 to 50s, but the fun we had when we are together were BOOMS!!!! Hahaha!!!

I know it's a little too late but still I want to write a post for our little princess...
The 2nd "Rays" of our families arrived into this crazy world on 4th November 09...

Been Busy...

It's been 3 weeks since I last blogged, it's not I don't want to blog but there seem to be no spare time for me to blog. Maybe it's just an excuse for being lazy but it seem that there are very very very few days in the past 3 weeks that I get to go home straight after work. There's always something on and by the time I reach home, I will be too tired to on the computer as it's always near to midnight or past it when I bath and settle down myself.

And when there I days when I'm home early, Chye will also be home and he will occupy the computer throughout the night.Nowadays we tends to quarrel frequently and it's always because of the using of this stupid computer but since he's going to be enlisted next month so I decided not to quarrel with him and let him use till he happy.

Due to some reasons,I did not want to go home early each day to face the house that makes me feel frustrated and thinking of problems which make me feel depressed.After I flipped through my organiser just now, I than realised I did successfully keep myself quite busy (recapping):

16th (Fri) - After work went airport with Biao Mei, Angela and June, dinner at Swensen and we just sat eat and chat till 11plus than head home.

17th & 18th (Weekend) - Things happened at home again on Saturday, so after I knock off from mine part time job, I just shop around Parkway till late than take mine time to go home.

19th & 20th (Mon & Tue) - After work went swimming with Jasline.

21st (Wed) - After work went Bedok Center to shop around before heading home.

22nd (Thur) - After work watched movie My Sister Keeper with Angela & Susana after work, nice movie but the ending is so so so different from the story book.

23rd (Fri) - Went home after work to accompany Mum.

24th & 25th (Weekend again) - Working part time again than went home to play with mine darling RuiZhe.

26th (Mon) - After work went swimming with Jasline.

27th (Tue) - After work meet up with Mum, 三姨 and Ah Yan Jie jie at Ion. Ah Yan Jie came back for some business trip and treated us to dinner.

28th (Wed) - After work watch movie with Angela and Susana again, watch Imagine It this time and laughed ourselves silly.

29th (Thur) - After work Outing with Jas, Jos and Lien was cancelled cos one of Jas friend passed away. So meet up with Biao Di, Biao Mei and Huei cos Biao Di just came back from Hong Kong and wanted to pass us the pressie he bought for us. We went Taka for dinner, shop around, than headed to Wisma foodcout for desserts and chatted more before we headed home.

30th (Fri) - Angela planned to go Safari Halloween night weeks before but the super heavy rain spoiled the whole thing and everybody mood. We ended up having dinner at The Soup Restaurant at Amk Hub. Huei called Safari at 9plus when the rain seem to stop but they told him that the Halloween theme will not resume, so the whole disappointed bunch just hang around Amk and bought the ticket for 11.45pm movie, My GF is an Agent. But Angela's friend called at 10plus and told her she's at Safari and they are having fun there with loads of people.WTH the staff that pick up Huei call told him it's not resuming anymore, Angela was so disappointed but than movie ticket had been bought for 8 people. But the movie was real real funny and it did make up a bit for the safari disappointment.

31th & 1st (Weekend again) - Angela Birthday Celebration with HNO at Dragonfly.

2nd (Mon) - Went home after work and packed mine messy cupboard and drawers.

3rd (Tue) - After work went KTVing with Jas and Jos.

4th & 5th (Wed & Thur) - Visited Keisha Ong our families newest member, our princess.

6th (Today) - Accompany Gu-Ma go Bugis to buy clothes for a wedding and dinner at the new Hong Kong cafe.

And now I'm sitting here finally to update mine blog and upload all Angela Birthday Photo into face book after dragging for one week..Haha...

I really can't believe this, and first time in our life we go out together but got to keep it a secret....Hehe...

Although I was very affected by things that happen at my house yesterday, but the moments with you all around me, just make me happier...

I recalled that we the same faces had almost the same outing at the same location start of last year, the different were instead of eating chicken rice, satay and and prawn egg at hawker, we stuffed our self silly with steamboat last year before we went to the same next destination to drain and used up almost all our energy together.... Haha...

There is always no lack of laughter, violent and silly stunts whenever we are together, the older we grow, the more I treasure this type of outing with only me, you, you and you...
Al thought you all are irritating at times,hahaha, but still I love you guys to the max!!!

Kelvin Kor Bday!!!

Have a simple celebration for him at home this year as we could not get him the day before so we thought he's away sailing ..Till he called me in around 3pm and said he's still in Sg...So everything was very last minute, went to buy him a cake after work, than had dinner together when mum reached home after work...After dinner we two just chat at the void deck of my block than head home for the cake cutting half an hour before his Birthday end...

Last year we celebrated this day at boat quay with my brothers, cousins and Kellie Tan, but this year only mum, me, uncle and him...But I think he's also very happy...

One year ago, we watched this show with a fifth story played by me...
This time round it really came with five stories and I'm really cautious walking down the steps this time cos I don't want to play a story sixth for them to watch for free again...Hahaha...
Luckily after the show, I 无惊无险, 平平安安的回到家... 哈哈...

The evil Biao Mei planned this movie outing a week before, she plans to go back to suntec and watch the show to bring back memories that hurts me but on the other hand make them happy and laughing non stop...Ming couldn't make it again this time due to his work but that damn organiser backed out last minute..So again left me, Zw and Angela again...Recently movie trips is always just the three of us, but nevertheless, we still enjoy and had fun....Happy without you...Hahaha....

December got two Jacqueline and Ziv but I'm not going for Ziv's wedding cos his falls on mum's birthday...

Just now after work, Jas, Jos, Lien, Regina and me meet up for dinner, this dinner is initiated by Regina as she say she got something important to tell us...Jas asked her whether is it that she getting married last week but she kept saying no and I believe her cos that Blackie is a anti marriage person from last time...Hahaha...
SO at dinner, she announced that she and Nesh is getting Rom this December and we are her only group of cheena friends invited...Haha...
Feeling so happy for Nesh cos after so so many years, this girl finally agreed to rom with him...Hahaha...
So that means, I got another Rom to attend in Dec...

And all this means Bye bye moneys...Haha...

Meet up with Fang Fang last night after work, it had been a long long long time since the last time we saw each other... We had Bat Kut Teh at tpy and sit down for a good two hours chatting and updating what we missed out in each other life, feel so good meeting up with her and she's still the same sisterly Fang to me...

I parted with Fang at 9 plus, went Bugis to wait for Jm cos we going Ktv, but the time I finally saw his face, it's 12 midnight already...
I really can't believe the numbers of hours I waited every time...
Last night was the worst...
I played a few rounds of games in the arcade, than planned to go to Mac to buy a drink and read my novel while waiting but Mac was full.
So I headed to Starbucks, queued for a long time, bought a carrot juices, went to sit down, take out my novel, have a sip of the juice, start reading and 10 mins later, they are closing...Wth, so me took the juice, go stand in front of Mac, start reading and stand in that same place for a good one hour...
By the time Jm came out, my shoulder is aching, leg is aching and feels tired from all the reading but not to make him feel guilty,
I still said:" Aiya, I'm fine la, dun worry..."
Sometime, I feel like slapping mine own face...

Plain Lazy...

Has been feeling plain lazy to blog recently, some of the posts are being drafted for the longest time...
The past weekday had been a packed one again, did not go for any swimming session as I still had not fully recover from my terrible cough and flu so Jasline prohibited me from going for swim...

But I got myself even more packed and busy since I can't go swimming...Haha...


Mon (07/09) : After work, Biao Mei, Cynthia and Me stay at PB for some drinks plus gossipping and laugh ourself silly...

Tues (08/09) : Still Jasline did not allow me to go swimming, so I asked Susana and hubby out for dinner at Bedok Kfc, Haha...

Wed (09/09) : A special day cos it's 090909, on that morning than I mgsed Jasline and Joscelin to see whether they want meet for dinner on this special days or not and to mine surprise, everybody was very ons, and Jackie, Jos's Da Jie and Er Jie joined us for dinner to...We went for the buffet located at Park Mall, the company for the dinner were very good but the food we had for dinner just sucks big time. I will never ever patron that place anymore...

Thurs (10/09) : Movie date with Angela,it had been two years since just me and her went for a movie..Haha...Times really flies, so we two spent quality time together without that "Poi U", we watched Final Destination 4 and stuffed ourself silly with all kinds of food that we smuggles into the theatre...I surrender after movie and declare that my tummy is going to burst soon but she still stuffed in one pie into her tummy before we headed home...Haha...

Fri (11/09) : No swimming again, so ask Jos out to Ktv... After work we walked from PB to Liang Court, on the way there,

Jos asked :" You book what time??"

Me:" ??, I never book leh."

Jos:" Today Friday leh, never book got room or not??"

Me: (Very Confident) " Aiya, got de la, Liang Court not much people go de."

So happily we had dinner at Mac, waited for Kecik, and when he arrived, we happily went up to the Party World there. But was informed that they are full... Haha, but we try our luck and called other outlets, most of them were full, luckily the last one we called that was located at Oriental Plaza still got room..Hehe.. So happily we went there, the system is not so good but than we still had a good time singing away. But halfway singing, than did I realise that I left a packet of toys that I bought for Zhe at the MacDonald...

Sat and Sun : Did not went for mine part time, just slack myself away in front of the Tv and playing with Zhe...

"PORK" Chops

This is a true life story...
To me it's a joke of the century,
errr, should be more than a century I think...
Cos I really cannot believe that a person dumbness can hit such high level...

The conversation between my friend T and the dumbest dumb ass I ever meet before when they are having lunch one day at one of our company outlet...As dumb ass seldom come to this outlet to have lunch, she will always have fried rice if she's there cos the outlet which she goes everyday do not serve fried rice...

The conversation is in Chinese (cos she's one big dumb ass who can't speak proper English) but I translated it into English here...

T : " What you eating??"
Dumb ass : "Hmmm, fried rice lo.'"
T : "Huh, you every time come here eat fried rice, try other things la, try the PORK CHOP la, the PORK CHOP here very nice."
Dumb ass :" Eh, but I don't eat beef leh."
T : " No, Pork Chop is not beef." ( I really salute mine friend cos she still can control and not laugh out at all, if it was me, I think I will get a shock and than laugh straight into her face lo and the next sentence that came out from her mouth really prove what a freaking dumb, stupid, brainless person she really is )
Dumb ass :" Ohhh, pork chop is not beef har, than it is chicken huh???"
T :" No, it is not beef or chicken, it is the meat of pig."

I really can't believe it when T told me about it. How the hell a 28 year old Malaysian working in the accounts department for a F&B company not know what is PORK. I am not against Malaysian, but because the food they are eating are almost the same as Singaporean.
A meat that is mostly seen and eaten in Chinese families, how can a normal Chinese whom is born in Malaysia not know???
I will not have laughed at her if she's from a third world countries, where children were starving...
But here, grab any 5 year old and ask them where pork come from, and they will tell you PORK is from PIG...

But thanks to her dumbest, I really laughed till mine tummy nearly burst for the next few days.
Bimbo got no brains but at least got look and body...
But she got no brain, no look and no body so she can only be a Dumb Ass...Hahaha!!!

Jess and Jasmine Lien's Birthday Celebration...

Jess's birthday is on 11 Sept but we celebrated it on Wednesday the 2nd which was 9 days earlier cos after checking with everybody, this is the earliest date everyone is available...
We went to Vienna located at United Square for dinner, I always like the food there, but I was sick, and most of the food is tasteless to me that day, should be on mc but still went to work because got so many things not done yet. But a sickly me does not made a quiet me, tho sick but I'm still on the top of mine voice and very very energetic...Hahaha, as usual with Shuping and me around, I think the whole restaurant is filled with our laughter, just one topic on "pig and pork" makes us laughed till we nearly burst that night...Had a fun night with the whole of 1.30 group plus Weichen who is from 12.30 group but I believe he is some how different from them...

Thursday, after the night of laughing and talking too loudly, I became more sick, still went to work and after work meet up with Jas at Tpy to buy cake for Jasmine Lien, knew Lien for going ten years already but I never know when is her birthday and this is the 1st time I'm celebrating with her...We went to the Home Team located very near to Joscelin house, they have a $10 club ktv inside...Really very cheap with free flow of drink but paying so little, the type of drinks they provided are consider reasonable...Had a night of fun with the gals and Lien super pro camera, did not sang much as I was very sick and voice very hoarse and terrible...No picture for the night as it's all with Lien taken with her super cool and nice and pro camera...Hahha!!!

Put a sick girl out for two nights of fun and you will get a super sick girl...

Last week of August!!!

I think I love my weekdays more than my weekend nowadays...
The past two and the next two weekends had been and will be very boring for me cos it will all be work and work nothing but working with umbrellas.
Instead weekdays is more fulfilling for me, after doing the reviews of my 2009 resolutions, I decided to move mine big fat ass and start working hard to achieve it...Hahaha...
So me and Jasline started to go swimming after work, our plan was to go 3 time per week but the previous two week we only managed to go once per week, but last week we two time, and each time we swam 10 lap...Hehe!!!
Some people may think:" Chey, like that only."
But at least I started to exercise and with Jas together, I believe we will do it more and more regularly.

So last Monday and Thursday went swimming with Jas.
Tuesday went home early after work to spent some me time and slack around.
Wednesday went Dn with Cynthia for some drinks after work, love hanging out with her as we are all Siao Char Bo.We drink,talk she told me about her interesting life,we crap around and had fun hanging out together...
Friday, the most happening night of the week, Mei's Birthday celebration at Dragonfly.
I don't even remember when is the last time we celebrated her birthday together, saw few familiar faces Eileen and Adrian whom I had not seen for very very long time, some whom I saw before when I went Dragonfly with Jie the last time and some friends of her friend. I just need to use one word to sum up this group of people when they get together " CRAZY"!! Haha...Really a bunch of funny people, they really play hard and I think Jie really had a fun and happy time that night and enjoying herself a lot a lot...As long as the Bday girl is happy, I think everybody is happy too...Oh ya, I bump into Kellie Tan there on that night also...Haha...

Boy's ROM...

Mine beloved cousin Boy and his wife Sihui took the vow and became husband and wife officially last Saturday...
The young guy
whom love to hang out alot and drink at boat quay,
whom like to make his own sister and biao Jie drink and drunk at pubs,
whom like to gang up with Jie to bully me on every family occasion,
whom act like a big brother although he's younger in times of need,
whom are the youngest among us four (Yun, Me, Jie and Boy)

is a real man now and going into adulthood...
And going to be papa soon in Nov,
life is going to be very different for him,
he will be facing lots of new challenge when baby is out...

We cousins are close, but we four (Yun, Me, Jie and Boy) are even closer to one another,
Boy is the first one among us to get hitched, and I foreseen the other two turn will be within the next three years...
And I will be still left on the shelf and doing investment on all their children so that I will not be old, pity and lonely 40 years later...Haha!!!


The nice sweet decor and the paper and wedding bands that will ties them together happily ever after...The moment they officially declared husband and wife...The sweetest moment....The 1st monkey down in our families monkies group...
